Before you start
Is there anything for me to install or maintain?+
No. There's nothing to install, set up, or maintain — we run it all privately and securely for you, and keep it running for the life of your subscription. (Under the hood: each assistant gets its own isolated runtime, with no SSH or root for you to manage.)
What counts as one assistant?+
One always-on assistant with its own connections and memory. You can run several assistants of the same type — each is billed separately.
Can I use my own AI provider?+
Yes, on every plan. Every assistant comes with capable AI included — or, if you prefer, plug in your own provider at no extra cost (advanced: Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock, Together, or a self-hosted endpoint). We never mark up AI you bring yourself.
How does paying for the AI work?+
You only pay for what your assistant actually uses, at the rates above, added to your monthly invoice. You set a spend cap per assistant so costs never run away (billed per token used).
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?+
Yes. Add more assistants or drop back to a single one whenever you like. Cancel in one click — we shut everything down and clean up for you.
